What are the payment terms?
Contract pricing is calculated on a per user, per month basis and billed annually in USD.
Why don’t you provide monthly contract?
After many years working with hundreds of companies, we discovered that our most successful customers are the ones that created a long-term plan to implement a goal-setting and performance management process that fits their company’s culture. These processes need to be iterated and fine-tuned as the company changes and grows. By having an annual plan, we ensure that enough time is invested to properly implement the tool so our customers can achieve their intended results.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum plan is $6,000 per yr. The minimum charge is to cover the base costs of onboarding you and providing support for the year.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Charges from upgrading your plan to a higher pricing tier in the middle of your billing cycle will be prorated. You can also downgrade your plan at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for cancellations or downgrades.
