Yes, we provide support to get up and running with 7Geese. Customized onboarding and Professional Services will accelerate return on investment and allow you to take flight sooner. 7Geese supports your goal-setting and coaching needs from strategy development through to post onboarding adoption and beyond. Do you provide volume discounting?

Yes, we do provide discounts to customers who pay annually and we commit to a more comprehensive service agreement. We also assign a dedicated customer success manager to yearly subscribers. We also have volume discounting available for larger organizations. contact us to discuss our different pricing and contract options.

Do you offer discounts for not-for-profit organizations?

Yes! We offer a 25% discounts to non-profit teams.

What are the payment options?

Monthly subscriptions can only be paid using VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Annual subscriptions will be invoiced with a net 30-day payment term.

Can we have an extended trial for more than 30 days, for free?

Our free trial is accessible for 30 days. Along the way our success team will guide you through any product or process questions to help with any hurdles impeding a decision. If you need more time, contact us and we will be happy to assist you on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if our team grows, increasing the number of platform users?

For monthly customers, you will see a change in billing on your next billing cycle. For annual subscribers, we will negotiate a fixed set of licenses based on employee size projection for the year, updating this fixed price as negotiated.

What happens if I want to cancel our team's subscription?

Monthly subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time. We will be sad, but we will help you export your data out of 7Geese and make sure you get everything you need before saying we hope to see you later.
